This workshop consists of an Introduction Session, four Element Sessions
and one Final Energy Alchemy Session. The sessions take about 90 minutes. Each session is a celebration of the energies and qualities of the elements. During the Introduction Session you get a preview of the other sessions and
a number of breathing, movement, sense, silence and energy awareness exercises
will be practiced. All sessions will be supported by Multimedia Presentations.

The Energy Alchemy Workshop Sessions will be staged in Maastricht,
in Real Life + here on the Mandala Web + on Mandala Web TV + on the
Don Renaro Art Channel on YouTube + in Second Life at Innerlife Cisseps.
